We recently brought in new stock from a new supplier, but after checking the ingredients, we found some products contained Red 40 and E120 (Carmine).
While Red 40 is often considered Halal, we’ve chosen not to sell it due to potential health concerns. E120, made from insects, has differences of opinion among scholars about whether it’s Halal, Haram, or Makrooh.
Our mission is to remove all “grey areas” so everyone can shop with complete peace of mind. We paused our store to investigate, and have decided to avoid both ingredients entirely.

By closing our website for a few days, we took the time to investigate, consult sources, and uphold our values before resuming sales.
